My Weekend

I had a great weekend! I kicked it off teaching my first FLEXcity Fitness classes on Friday and I haven’t talked or walked around that much in a long time! My friends Gabe and Ashley joined me for the morning class (thank you for the support, friends!) and I had a much larger class that evening. My throat was sore Friday night and all the walking around during the classes adds up, which I’m happy about. I’ve been one lazy slug this winter. 

Weekend Shopping

I drove up to West Michigan on Saturday to visit my mom. We did a little shopping at Sparrow Boutique where I scooped up the metallic bum bag, you can order from Sparrow or shop directly at Quay Australia!

We also went to Target–got a couple new cozy loungewear like this super soft grey jumpsuit and cropped white tee. The jumpsuit is roomy and I think I’ll exchange from small to extra small and I bought the tee in medium, but want a little more room so I think I’ll exchange it for a large. The tee is junior sized.

Then we popped over to Kohl’s (I love to buy my workout sneakers here since I can get the best deals and coupons) and because of the loooong line, my mom and I placed an order online for our new shoes! I picked out these Adidas sneakers, since my current sneakers are so worn out and I need a new pair for our hikes in Phoenix next month.

Weekend Sips + Treats

I saw on Instagram that a new coffee shop, Side Bar, had opened and I dragged my Folgers-only coffee drinking mom along to check it out. We got a blueberry muffin and I got a delicious iced latte in their adorable glass mugs. The coffee shop is in Grand Haven, maybe 10-15 minutes away from my mom’s house and is super spacious and filled with natural light. I can’t wait to visit this summer when the glass garage doors open!
