I’ve never quite been into swimsuits like I have been so far this season–maybe it’s the freedom after a year of quarantine or the old ass jet boat Rob and I bought together, but I’m shopping for swimsuits like it’s my job.
I’ve splurged on just one suit, but the rest have been budget finds that make me feel like a million bucks and on trend with some of the season’s most fun suits. Read on!
Cut Outs
This rust and cream striped bikini top and high waist bottoms were impossible to pass up. I love the colors, the fit and the fun details with the print and the cut out with the front tie. I’m seeing a slew of front tie swim that adds a little fun detail to a bikini. Shop more here and this is Aerie one-shoulder suit!
Textured Swim
My one splurge purchase was this BOUND by Bond Eye Mara black swimsuit in the textured fabric. Very flattering, conceals any lumps/bumps and it’s one size so it can fit at various weights which I love since I fluctuate and have such a hard time with one pieces. It comes in white too but I found that it was see-through. If you have a smaller chest, you may not have that issue, but I definitely did.
This Old Navy cut out one piece is textured and love it in red.
The red/orange swimsuit below is also textured and a great budget find from Target (shop the top here and high waist and high cut bottoms here.)
Classic Black
I love a classic black bikini or one-piece which are always on trends, like this long bandeau and high waist crossover bottoms I bought recently from Aerie.
This one piece is a classic, universally flattering and under $100.
I’m currently shopping for a bikini like this black bikini top and these high waist bottoms!
This bikini too!
