The Best of Post-Holiday Sales

Following Christmas, I just want to clean and organize my house, stock up on storage items and shop some of the fun sales, getting myself a final gift or two before the new year. And below are a few of my favorite sales I’m shopping:

Madewell

Madewell has a sweet sale going on: 40% off additional off sale items with code GOBIG. This wool sweater coat is my favorite item, just about to pull the trigger and buy. And these high rise skinny jeans, originally $135, are now just $47 after you apply the discount code. I own these already and love them so much. I’m tempted to buy a second pair since they’re so cheap right now.

Nordstrom

I’m so into these mules in snakeskin, and they come in other colors if you’re not looking for a bold mule! If you’re looking for a quality boot or slipper for winter, there are so many Ugg styles on sale too. I especially love this short Ugg boot with the tiniest platform to give us shorties a little height even in a winter boot.

I have so many BlankNYC suede jackets and they have this moto suede style on sale in a ton of colors. And so many more coats and jackets on sale!

West Elm

This oversized sectional is on sale 30% off and I’m so close to ordering. AHH! My current couch is so uncomfortable and I need a replacement. And these faux fur throw blankets aren’t so much a need, but a want especially when they’re 60% off.

Target

I picked up a few of these Sterilite boxes on sale for $6 a piece. You can place the order online and pick up at your closest Target. That’s my new favorite thing to do especially for items that can’t ship or if I can’t meet the minimum requirement for free shipping.

I need some of these larger ones too! I’ve been reorganizing my seasonal decor and need bigger boxes! I also use these to store away off season clothing and shoes.

Kohl’s

I’m currently shopping cozy basics and home sales at Kohl’s. I’ve struggled to find longer PLAIN sweater tunics that are super affordable. I don’t need cashmere versions or anything else fancy–just cozy basic sweaters to use as a layer with leggings, vests and boots, and this half off sweater is perfect for everyday wear. These oversized sweatshirts are so cute too and I like that they’re not too big, just long enough to wear over leggings and cover your butt.
