Last week on a day I wore workout clothes all day, I decided to start over and change out of the sweaty clothes I stayed in all day at the office. I’ve never been quite in a style rut, but lately even my workout clothes are ratty and I’m increasingly lazy. But finally I felt like me again in an outfit I pulled together in an instant before running errands, shooting photos at Retail Therapy and entertaining one of Matt’s friends for dinner and drinks. And my inspo all started with leopard print.
My Look
I snagged this Ganni top a few weeks ago on clearance from Leigh’s in Grand Rapids and thought more about fall/winter wear with faux leather leggings and boots, but it worked perfectly for a hot day half-tucked into denim shorts. Leopard is forever and always my favorite print and luckily for me, it’s on trend for fall meaning there’s so much more to shop. Read on for my favorite leopard picks for fall:
Leopard Dresses
This wrap dress silhouette dress is sophisticated and fun. Just $54 and free shipping! Would be cute with black ankle boots for a date.
This Vince Camuto leopard dress sports half sleeves and body con silhouette–great for a fall wedding or outing.
This pleated mini dress in black and white leopard print is just so sweet. Buy now to wear during fall transition and pair with faux leather leggings and a cardigan when the weather cools down.
This $99 leopard print slip dress can be styled for an evening event or layer a chunky sweater over top for work or weekend brunch.
My favorite is this Ganni sheer midi dress–style over leggings or layer over a black dress.
Leopard Tops & Sweaters
This knit sweater with the oversized leopard print is my favorite sweater out there. I love a longer sweater to throw over leggings.
This $12 tee is my most worn tee in my closet! Wear with joggers, overalls and really anything.
Pretty obsessed with this J Crew leopard sweater blazer or this sweater jacket.
This Banana Republic top is on major sale for $28.
Leopard Shoes
Cozy, on-trend leopard print slip on sneakers guaranteed to be functional and fashionable, and on sale.
A classic leopard print pump, a versatile shoe for fall. If a heel is too much, this calf hair mule sports a block heel and equally as sophisticated as the pump.
Dr. Scholl’s leo loafer is on-trend and I imagine incredibly comfortable! Just $50.
