Spring is Coming

Between the rain, snow and winds, we’ve had a few decent spring days in Michigan last week, which I took full advantage of. It’s a rare day lately that I don’t look disheveled. I spent last weekend and most of the week in workout clothes and sweats cleaning my house. And I just can’t seem to make myself not look like a pile of shit for work if I don’t have client meetings scheduled.

But I felt a little more inspired to get my act together with the couple nice days we’ve had and to prepare for next weekend’s activities. I’ll be staying over in Ann Arbor on Friday with Brooke of My Casual Mom and then we head to Elodie Boutique on Saturday!

Spring Trends I’m Digging

I’ve been talking nonstop lately about my obsession with woven straw bags–I found this one for $30 in Franklin, TN a couple weeks ago and I’ve now ordered three from Stella and Dot–a palm beach bag, a round crossbody bag and a colorful pom clutch.

I’m also still loving off-the-shoulder tops like this one from Elodie, this red puff sleeve version, and seriously need this ombre, tiered sleeve off-the-shoulder top.
