Once upon a time..I tried to watch Once Upon a Time and the setting for the photos reminded me of that sleepy little town from the show. I wore this outfit last week to co-host a fundraiser for one of our local state representatives. I sat with a beer in one hand and a pizza slice in the other. Turned out to be a pretty neat volunteer gig.

I partnered with Maybelline and Refinery29 to sample a few of Maybelline’s new lip glosses. Zoe, the pup, may not have been impressed, but I’m always looking for an easy gloss with high impact color. I don’t do well with most lipsticks, I just don’t have the patience to apply them, but I still want the color. This gloss is a score and I’d highly suggest the signature scarlet color that I’m wearing here. My favorite of the three I tried.

    Love the outfit! I've been dying to try out the new Color Elixirs. I didn't see them at ULTA the other day but I'm going to try Target.
