A couple weeks ago I watched Forrest Gump and I came to two conclusions. One: Jenny is Claire from House of Cards. Mind. Blown. Two: I was enamored with her 60s style. I’ve always loved bohemian looks and once I found this dress at Lulu*s, I knew I could recreate a look inspired by Jenny.
I saved this dress for my trip to Nashville since the dress with the leather bag and heels had a Nashville vibe to it as well. I just loved this outfit and the carefree nature of it. It’s how I’m trying to approach life. I stress over the smallest things and change is incredibly hard for me, even when I want them. In a short amount of time, I changed jobs in a new city, Kyle moved in, we got a dog and all while I attempted to keep up with grad school. I made a promise to myself to cut back on some things and make time for fun and relaxation. I’m taking the summer off from school, I’m trying not to worry about things I can’t control and I want to take as many road trips and day trips as I can.

Super duper cute look!! I love Bohemian style as well (I'm actually a quarter Bohemian, ha..) as Bollywood style. In a strange way, they have similarities.
