Sephora Sale Faves!

 

I LOVE when Sephora offers up a 20% off or 15% off sale and right now they’re offering 20% off all purchases for Rouge members and then 15% off for Beauty Insiders starting this Friday through Monday, Sept. 23.

When else can I shop my fave beauty, skincare and fragrances for sale?! I usually use this time to stock up on old standby’s that are tried and true! And then I add in a couple new products to test as well. Read on for my faves in each category:

Beauty

I always grab more It Cosmetics CC cream in a couple shades when I can get it on sale. I go from fair to light to medium and mix them up when I’m a little between!

I always stock up on lip plumper and balms–and try something new. I snagged more Lip Injection Extreme by Too Faced–super tingly and leaves my lips more plump looking instantly. I also stocked up on Powerplump Lip Balm by Buxom. It’s this oversized balm that smells like mint and leaves a light pink tint while smoothing out my wrinkly lips. I either wear this alone or layer a light color on top. I’m trying Argan Lip Sting Plumping Butter now–ordered it online and just arrived today. It better blow me away!

Skincare

I love vitamin c serum to help with my uneven skin tone and skin discolorations especially Ole Henrickson Truth Serum. It dries quickly and takes a few weeks to start noticing a difference, but worth it.

I’m also obsessed with Kate Somerville’s ExfoliKate exfoliator. It’s expensive AF to buy the full size so I just randomly purchase mini sizes and make them last forever since it doesn’t take much product to get this work on your skin.

Hair

If you suffer from frizz, there is no better product than Caviar Dry Oil Mist. I add to my hair on humid days and it takes it from fluffy fuzzy hair to super smooth and manageable instantly. And I’ve had the same bottle for a year and have hardly made a dent in it even though I use it so often–a little goes a long way.

Living Proof Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo is my favorite dry shampoo currently. It doesn’t leave my hair feeling dirty–it absorbs oil, sweat and dirt and I need it more than ever with my workouts.

Fragrance

I love Maison Margela’s REPLICA cologne in Jazz Club. It’s meant for a man, but I love the woody/spicy scent and got it for myself. I also regularly wear Marc Jacobs X. And I typically scoop up a travel size to test out a new scent and find out whether or not I can commit to a full size bottle (so many travel sizes at Sephora.)
