This last weekend I was useless and surprised myself when I was able to put together an outfit on Saturday I really liked despite my complete lack of effort. Let me break it down for you, I watched three movies that day. Three. I did get out and about for dinner downtown at a fabulous Latin Caribbean tapas restaurant though.
This inexpensive chambray top has made it’s way into many of my outfits because of its versatility. I layer it, wear it with shorts and in this case, high rise red pants and platform wedges! It was beyond comfortable, but looked more sassy than it felt.
[chambray top from Forever 21, BDG high rise pants c/o Urban Outfitters, leather jacket by BCBG, Rayban aviators c/o Shades Daddy, Sam Edelman wedges c/o Lori’s Shoes, bag by Marc Jacobs, choker c/o JewelMint, ring c/o Courtney Kaye]
Great outfit!

Red and leopard print always feels classic but sassy to me! And, honey, this is much better than what I pull together on lazy weekend days…trust me! 😉
And I hear you on the chambray shirt – I seem to wear mine with absolutely everything! Knotting it up feels like a fresh spin on it for spring!
