My Sephora Sale Picks

The Sephora sale has kicked off, first 20% off for rouge level members, 15% off for VIB (this level can start shopping on 4/13) and 10% off for beauty insiders starting 4/15 (anyone can sign up and be a beauty insider.) It’s one of the few times a year you can snag all your go-to items on sale (or for me, justify trying a new product since it’s on sale!)

I’m sharing a few of my favorite brands and items to shop from the skincare, beauty and hair categories!

Skincare

I use the Laneige lip sleeping mask almost everynight before bed. Vanilla is my favorite.

For everyday moisturizer, I use Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream or It Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream. Both are versatile every day products I usually use in the morning or mix in with my foundation or mix in with my self tanning drops for my face. I love Tan Luxe face drops if you’re looking for a sunless tan product!

For face exfoliation, I use Kate Somerville Exfolikate in the shower OR Peter Thomas Roth peel gel once I’m out of the shower on dry skin.

For facial SPF, I use SuperGoop Glowscreen (creates a nice little pearlescent look on its own or a great primer) OR Dr. Jart Cicapair cream EVERY DAY! The cicapair tiger grass cream is a color corrector. It’s green in the jar and I rub a little between my hands and apply on my face and cancels out any redness and provides SPF 30 coverage.

And I must mention Necessaire body wash, body serum and body polish. My go to body products and love the scents sandalwood and eucalyptus.

Beauty

My most favorite product of 2020 is Westman Atelier’s lit up highlight stick. It’s so glowy and flattering without being sticky. Such a natural, but noticeable glow.

My go to plumping gloss and balm is the lip glow by Dior–I go through the balm so quickly because it’s THAT good.

And another favorite beauty brand is Charlotte Tilbury. I use the Hollywood flawless filter–mixed in with foundation or on its own, especially on its own in the summer when I need less coverage and a pearlescent glow. The lip cheat pencil in pillow talk and matte revolution lipstick in pillow talk is my most worn combo still. Also love the color very Victoria, but I only wear rosy nudes.

For foundation, I use It Cosmetics cc cream or Armani Beauty luminous silk foundation. It Cosmetics is full coverage so I mix in some moisturizer, but I love that it has SPF 50. The Armani Beauty foundation lives up to the hype I’ve heard about it for years. It’s buildable, slides on skin like butter and looks so natural.

Hair

Now that I own a Dyson hair dryer, I now totally get that hype too. My thick dense hair dries so quickly and smoothly. Truly a miracle tool.

I can’t live without Living Proof’s PhD dry shampoo. Works the best out of all the brand I’ve tried.

I bought the prickly pear oil by Dae earlier in the year and love the shine and smell of the product. I just use this at the ends of my hair and works like a charm.
