My Recent Spring Break Buys + What I’m Packing

I’m taking off for Sarasota today and grabbed a few last minute items to stuff into my tiny carry on bag including these jumpsuits from Target and a few other things.

What I’m Packing

I have very little space so I’m packing one pair of jeans, two pairs of shorts, one jumpsuit and wearing one on the plane along with a couple graphic tees and 2-3 sandals and one pair of cozy oxfords. I’m considering bringing the wide brim hat, but to wear it at the airport sounds like a hassle!

I also have two bathing suits, a dress I’ll wear as a cover up and one sarong. I’m bringing only the essentials for skincare and make up and hoping I can get away without washing my hair during this long weekend! I ordered these packing cubes and I don’t have them yet, so I probably won’t have them in time for this trip, but for next month’s trip to Phoenix I’ll use them (I’ve heard so many positive reviews from friends and bloggers!)

The New Buys

I shopped from my own closet for this trip along with adding in a few new affordable pieces I know I’ll wear on repeat this summer. Like the striped jumpsuit above! I ordered it online with store pick up and of course when I popped in to grab my jumpsuit, I perused new arrivals and found the cozy black jumpsuit/overalls hybrid below. Feels like I’m wearing pajamas!

I also bought two new bathing suits from Target including this leopard print bikini (size large top and medium bottoms) and red bikini! I also ordered a couple sarongs from Mark and Spencer, but just bringing one with me! And Blowfish Shoe sent a me a couple cozy wedge sandals that I’m packing including these nude sandals in the photo above and these grey sandals.
