As a warm and spicy scent and vanilla lover, these are my go-to scents for fall and beyond.
Favorite Scents for Cooler Seasons
I’ll start with Phlur Vanilla skin body spray and fragrance which I’ve been wearing nonstop year round since purchasing them. They layer well with any of these scents and I generally spritz the body spray in my hair and body after a shower, at night or in the morning and will layer another scent before I head out of the house. I love this fragrance so much I already have another back up of the body spray and will purchase the fragrance in full size next.
Killian’s Angels’ Share was a spontaneous purchase in store a couple months ago when I gave it a whiff and was completely mesmerized. I’m going to continue to wear this into fall and winter (and buy full size when it’s on sale during the next Sephora sale.) The key notes in this one include cognac, tonka bean and oak wood.
The Jo Malone vetiver and golden vanilla is a scent I generally reserve for cooler weather. It’s a scent I wear to work, especially client meetings for a unique scent! I’ve had this for years now and a little goes a long way.
Heretic Dirty Vanilla is another fave. I have it in the travel size as well and find the scent intoxicating. It doesn’t wear off sooner than some of the others but I will just pack the travel size and spritz on throughout the day.
Lastly, the Tom Ford Ebene fragrance is a pricy one and I bought it travel size since it’s expensive and bought it on a trip when I only had a carry on and I wear infrequently enough that the travel size is perfect and I love the packaging. I think this scent is great for a dinner date or client event. Just a little extra spicy than my typical day to day.
