My porch makeover is complete and I’ve been busy decorating it for the holidays–actually fun to decorate outside when I have a cute porch area now. I’ve made some more exterior updates that I’ll share soon too!
The Updates
I worked with local contractors Pline Craftsman Co. and Stephanie Murray to cover the rock facade on the porch with faux shiplap, new exterior lights, repainting the door and updating the door knob with a keyless entry.
The shiplap was painted Sherwin Williams white in SuperPaint formal and the door was painted with Sherwin Williams Tricorn Black in the resilience formula.
The Holiday Decor
The four foot pre-lit Christmas tree pair are decorated with pine cones and red berries making them look great out of the box. I put them inside these matching black planters too give them more height. The trees come with a pretty base that’s great for outdoor use, but I prefer the height with the planter boxes.
I’m using this pre-lit garland! And the fluffier garland round the porch railing is from Michael’s. The wreath is also from Michael’s but shop similar wreaths here, here and here.
