ย My hands are perpetually dry and after trying so many lotions from body lotion to hand moisturizers, luxury to more affordable, here are my top picks:
Aesop
This Aesop resurrection hand lotion smells so good, which is what lured me in when I tried it on for the first time five years ago at the Aesop shop in Vancouver. I keep one of these at home and at the office. This isn’t a good one to toss in a purse or bag because of the packaging, but perfect for hanging out sink side at home!
Chanel La Creme
This fancy lotion is one of my newest purchases and I love it since it won’t spill or leak in my purse–perfect for on-the-go days and travel, plus it leaves my hands instantly smooth. It’s pricy, but a little bit goes a long way.
Kiehl’s Richly Hydrating Hand Cream
The most affordable of the bunch, the Kiehl’s lotion is the best value and works so well on dry hands like mine. I bought a three pack and keep them in different rooms of the house since I always need to put lotion on after I wash my hands. This is what I use the most day to day and what I share with Matt.
Aveda Hand Relief
The smell of this product is relaxing which is why I keep it on my nightstand and apply before bed. It can get a little greasy if you use too much, so just a dab works! I’ve been using this stuff for years too and one of my favorites.
Bonus Lotion: Necessaire Body Serum
This product isn’t a hand lotion, but when I the body serum to my legs and arms, my hands are so soft. One of my favorite all over moisturizers that leave my hands without any greasy residue even after I slathered a ton all over.
