The first look is a more bohemian style I’ve been channeling this summer. I love the embroidered details on the shorts and although I told myself I was done with tube tops after high school, I find myself loving this crochet version, and it’s nothing like the overly tight hot pink ones I used to wear.

The second look was inspired by the sporty/athletic trend. I’ve been embracing sneakers and other flats this year and it’s pretty much a necessity for a music festival. White converses may not be the most practical, but I can never be 100 percent practical with my shoe choices. I paired the shoes with a simple striped dress, good to go!

The third look is a feminine, girl-next-door vibe with the pretty printed and ruffled maxi and the jean vest. I love a jean vest and the extra layer. There’s been a huge trend of wearing those vintage cut offs where your ass hangs out and I’d prefer to be really comfortable during a music festival and not digging shorts out of my ass all day. A maxi dress is where it’s at.

It definitely depends which type of music fest I'm going to! I like to match my style to the mood of the music. At Bonnaroo I'd definitely play up the boho-hippie style with a crop top, flowy skirt and bare feet. If I was at an electro/EDC fest I'd rock neon and bright-colored sneakers. ๐

I've never been to a music festival, but I just know I would let my inner hippie shine! I think some kind of ratty cut-offs, a flowy top and some low maintenance sandals. Definitely a scarf in my hair.

To a summer concert, I would wear an outfit more similar to your outfit #1. I would wear probably khaki shorts with a tank top and a pair of sandals. I'd also wear a wide brim hat for sun protection.

As a festival veteran, my go-to fest outfit is a long, flowing maxi. They help me keep cool, but let me plop down on the ground while not exposing any extra means of entertainment. They're great, too, because they typically have a wild design or lots of colors. The floral or design patterns work well to obscure dirt or stains that may be earned dancing around with a beer or running around muddy campsites. My email is morrison.vicky@gmail.com.
