I wore this a few weeks ago on a Saturday night after a day of thrifting and shopping in Detroit during my ‘girls trip’ and I was feeling particularly haggard and unattractive. Probably because my hair was six days dirty and I stuffed myself into a pair of jeans one size too small..and I was struggling to apply new red lipstick and resembled a clown after its application.
Merl took pity on me and added a braid to my hair and let me borrow her scarf. I still whined and had a mini meltdown, and only after stuffing myself full of a giant burger and fries and finally showering at night, did I return to being a normal human. I just needed clean hair and a good night’s sleep to feel less like a little asshole and more like myself.

Oh my gosh, with you, clean hair and a good nights sleep always does the trick! But aside from not feeling 100%, you honestly, still managed to look utterly fabulous! Love this outfit & the scarf was the perfect touch!! xo
