My personal style is super casual but I love to elevate a look and an interesting contrast with something unexpected. Here’s how I approach my personal style and key pieces I’d like to add:

I’ve almost completely phased out heels in my life, preferring a sneaker style over any other shoe choice. I love them paired with a maxi dress or silky midi skirt and always a jogger. Currently eyeing these brown Sambas.
Track suits, especially track pants are my secret way to wear comfortable, casual looks without looking sloppy. I paired the pants above with a striped tee and a faux fur jacket that made me feel a little glam for a weekend. I’m interested in another pair, possibly the cobalt blue pair to add a little pop of color to my otherwise neutral wardrobe.
I’ve also switched up my sock game, transitioning away from a basic white sock to cozy thick colorful socks. Not actually bright and colorful, but neutral colors and heathered greys that aren’t such a contrast.
Blazers are an essential part of my weekly rotation. I like to style them down with a basic white tee, jeans and sneakers. I share a lot of my faves in this capsule wardrobe blog post.
And when it comes to jewelry, I like to pile it on with a super casual outfit. It feels too stuffy to me to wear earrings and necklaces with a dressier look so I save the earrings for jogger outfit with a baseball cap.
