This is the time of the year when I shower myself with gifts. Self-love, people. And I can’t help but sing to myself “Treat Yo Self two-thousand elevennnnn.” Read on for my favorite deals/steals to gift yourself and friends this season:
Skincare + Beauty Value Sets + Palettes
Benefit cosmetics blushes + bronzer are one of my top faves and this blush bar palette has it all in a pretty package to boot. My favorite lip balm is hands down Fresh’s Sugar lip treatment and this Pink Out Loud set comes with two full-sized lip balms and a mini lip polish. Coming in under $30, this Glow for It set comes with a sampling of top highlighters like Benefit High Beam and Fenty Beauty by Rihanna.
I also wanted to share a few minis and travel sizes of products I personally love and use every day–and sometimes these are the best little luxuries to gift your friends or yourself. Claudalie’s beauty elixir has quickly become one of my skincare necessities. The toning mist is something I use throughout the day. Fragrance minis or rollerballs are also a great gift. If you know your friend’s favorite fragrance, you can buy it in the travel size to toss in their purse on-the-go or choose a new fragrance for them to try. My favorite to pack away? Marc Jacobs Eau so Decadent.
Candles
A fabulously smelling candle never gets old to me and Boy Smells is probably one of my favorite brands–the scents Petal and Redwood are my top scents. P.F. Candle Co. is another candle line I always have at the house. I love Patchouli/Sweetgrass and Teakwood/Tobacco. I always need at least one of each in my house at all times and I rotate between the two downstairs and burn Boy Smells upstairs.
Hats + Winter Accessories
I survive Michigan winters by wearing super cute and warm chunky knit beanies and especially loving this Free People beanie with a pom and a simple ribbed beanie like this hat by Madewell.
This pixelated camo scarf is super affordable and on sale–I love when I can bundle great sale items like this scarf to make the most of my holiday gift-giving budgets. For the friend who likes an extra big, cozy scarf, this $40 Topshop scarf is effortlessly cool–and functional. Old Navy has a really great selection of hats, scarves and gloves/mittens and they’re 40% off right now. Stock up now!
Coffee + Mugs
Target and Williams Sonoma has a great selection of coffee makers collectively for every budget. I bought myself this Cuisinart coffee maker on sale at Williams Sonoma so I can properly host my family on Christmas Eve. If you’re looking for a funny or irreverent coffee mug, look no further than Society 6. My friend ordered me one last year and now it’s where I order funny, affordable gifts. And of course, Yeti travel mugs are always a great choice too. I gift myself these and the same friend who got me a funny mug got a small yeti travel mug from me this year.

I can see my best friends loving any of these gifts! Especially skincare, makeup and candles – all things girly and vain! 😉

I’ll have to check out Society 6. Tea is one of my new treats, and I’d love a variety of travel mugs, instead of washing the same one out every night for work the next morning 😉
