Michigan weather isn’t feeling like spring, but I for one am ready to bare my legs in bohemian dresses and test out a few bag trends to get me into the spirit of the new season. Read on for the bag styles I’m coveting:
Geometric Shapes
I’m still not over circle bags and I love the variety you can shop and wear for any season like this faux leather whipstitched round bag that comes in cognac, lilac and marigold. Playing off that circle bag trend, the canteen circle bags look slightly more structured and elevated–and this one looks so expensive, but just $60. This isn’t so much a geometric shape, but this half moon bag that comes in black or tan is just so pretty, plus it’s only $48.
Utility Bags
From the belt bag to the backpack, these bags used to represent functionality and nothing more–but now they’re also stylish. And now there are so many options that fit different budgets–and help you ease into the trendier styles without breaking the bank. This faux leather belt bag is half off and under $30 now, a simple bag to add to an everyday look! If you like the cognac leather tones, this tool-belt inspired version is perfect with almost any spring or summer look. For something more versatile, this belt bag can convert into a crossbody and comes in four colors including black, camel, blush and linen, jut $40.
One of my favorite leather backpacks are the mini backpacks by Madewell and this one is half off right now. If you’re searching for a sleek black backpack, this faux leather one with gold hardware is half off and just $33. I love a white bag for spring/summer and this backpack checks all the spring trend boxes including affordability at $49.
PVC Styles
The PVC bags took me a few months to get warmed up to, but now I’mdd completely obsessed. I bought two by Staud since I love the shapes, colors and sizes by the brand. For a more affordable version, this Topshop bag is just $40 and comes with a canvas pouch inside of the PVC tote and tortoise shell handles–or this larger Topshop PVC tote.
Crochet/Beads
This translucent beaded bag is GORGEOUS and looks expensive, but just $60. If macrame is your style, this bag with its bamboo ring handle is exactly what you need and it’s $40!

I’m always so slow on the uptake of trends… I think these will take some time for me to get used to, especially the PVC bag trend! I love your circle bag, though. That, I could totally see myself carrying! ๐
