Fall Thrills + Deals

I’ve been indulging in every fall activity possible and I’m permanently bloated from all the cider donuts I’ve consumed. But I’m trying to keep it under control and shop some new jeans (in serious need of a replacement J Brand Maria High Rise) with ShopBop’s Friend and Family Sale, which is happening today through Thursday with code INTHEFAM25.

I brought James into work twice last week. It’s the most amazing thing to have a dog friendly office, but James is a little fool in the office, climbing into everyone’s laps, refusing to stay at ground level and hopping up on people’s desks like he’s a cat and just running rampant throughout the building. I bought a baby gate to contain him and my normally quiet dog turned into the whiniest little shithead. Anyways, this is after leaving the office. He burned all his energy escaping out the door and bothering everyone at the office!

I’m so excited right now because instead of being a lazy bitch, I’m trying to coordinate my first blogger meet up with help from Sam of Samantha Elizabeth. We’re hosting this at Le Bon, a quaint macaron and coffee shop in east Grand Rapids. We’ve had our first planning meeting and we’ve got a lot of work ahead of ourselves, but excited to get this going in November.
