I can’t get enough of black and white ensembles and I can’t stop wearing this new leather jacket. The only thing missing from this outfit was more interesting hair. My plan last weekend was to temporarily dye parts of my hair blue. I think it would have been sweet with this outfit, but I’ll save that for a couple more weekends when I’m back in Chicago. My grandparents would have a heart attack if they saw me with blue hair during their visit this weekend. Speaking of which, I’ve been busy putting together an itinerary for grandma and grandpa. It will consist of me cooking brunch, taking them to a new fancy movie theater in town and doing some shopping, all the things they love.

    AW I LOVE hanging out with grandparents! I'm sure you will have an awesome time! I can't wait to see your hair when you do dye it–I've always wanted to also but even though the law office that I work in is semi-casual, something tells me colored hair isn't exactly kosher. Damn lawyers. Anyhow, you can do the black/white thing with total class lady. Love this look on you!

    black and white is truly all the rage this year, and for good reason; classic and beautiful. if ever there were a time to throw a truman capote dinner party, it is now.

    can't wait to see the blue hair. it's such a fun color to have but be very careful with it because it will fade to green and that's not very fun. i know from personal experience.

    Loving the blue clutch. Please don't dye your hair, it's so so prettifulll. Although I'm super curious to see blue with blonde as well. What a predicament!
