If memory serves me right, I’ve always preferred a pair of jeans over a playful skirt or skort as a child. Today, you can almost always find me at work wearing black jeans trying to disguise them as dress pants like above: heels and a blazer!
The topic of jeans comes from Kohl’s, who challenged me to style jeans for a dressy occasion and for casual wear. This is less of a challenge and more of a daily matter I’m tasked with since I live in jeans and make any excuse to wear them to work and at home.

I scooped up these black Rock & Republic skinny jeans and they’re easily my new closet workhorse. They go with everything. So I styled it up with a chevron top, white blazer and cobalt heels and styled the second look with a silky loose fitting top, bad ass Harley Davidson boots and a simple jacket. And side note: I scheduled a hair appointment to hopefully try a soft pink hair color. Time for a fun change. Here are a couple of my pink hair pins on Pinterest.
