Feeling Feminine
Something about spring gets me in the mood for pink, florals, ruffles–anything more feminine. Since I’m technically pear shaped and have absolutely no shoulders, I love to wear anything with a ruffle sleeve to balance it out. I’ve styled this now with these wide legs pants I wear high waisted, a full midi skirt and even vintage levi’s. This look is my favorite though paired with blush mules. Super comfortable and I feel like a queen.
Like a New Woman
As much as I do to keep myself looking pulled together–waxes, hair color and cuts and blowouts, manicures, pedicures, facials–I still end up looking like a little troll since I’m lazy with doing my own hair and make up. So it’s nice when I have a few appointments that line up in the same week and I add in a bonus blowout and feel extra pulled together, and it feels unnecessary to wear much make up at all. No more chipped nails, patchy overgrown brows or fuzzy hair for me at least this week.
