I picked out this amazing dress from Lulu’s. Instead of the typical black dress I might normally select, I saw this one and immediately fell in love with the pattern, color palette and the open back. I wore this for both a wedding and a holiday event for young professionals this week (don’t judge me!), which reminds me  of the downside to blogging my outfits–sometimes I want to wear the same outfit more than once in a week. Yet, when I post it on my blog, I feel like I can’t do that as much in fear everyone will learn of my habit of wearing the same thing over and over again. Like my favorite songs I play on repeat, and soon grow tired of, I over-wear favorite items of clothing until I’m so sick of them, they retire to the back my closet, never to be worn again.

    Pretty pretty! I always wear the same things over and over. I think I wear the same flannel almost every weekend and yet I've never pictured it for the blog, because it's just my go to outfit. We've all been there!

    So sad we'll be missing each other by a weekend in Philly. Have a ton of fun there! Can't wait to hear all about it.

    Are those shoes comfortable? they sure look gorgeous!

    I have the same habit of overwearing something until I get sick of them so I understand exactly where you are coming from. I really like the dress though and it's one of those pieces that can definitely be dressed up or down.

    Is Michigan anywhere near as cold as Minneapolis? I refuse to start taking my pictures inside, but I'm freezing my ass off.

    You look great; even warm, considering there's snow on the ground.

    I'd like to see how many ways you can wear the bow attachment on those Kelsi Dagger shoes, I have a pair in red – thought they'd be a little more versatile… still, they're awesome.

    that dress is so gorgeously flattering on you! I love the hearts on the sleeve 🙂 and I want your shoes very badly. 🙂 Its okay to wear your clothes more than ones during the week. I don't do it with the fear of people noticing but some times I do 😀

    Beautiful dress! I'm the same way: when I get something new I re-wear it a million times over and eventually stop entirely and never wear it again :/ It would not be weird if you were to post the same outfit though if you style it a bit differently each day.

    as always, a beautiful combination! i especially love the tights and shoes. i never thought my eye would like shoes with a large bow, but you wear them well 🙂

    also, with your dress being open backed like that, what kind of bra do you wear? how can one wear a bra?
    i have a backless shirt and i'm perplexed as to how to wear it sometimes.

    I have the same problem especially if something is new and on the expensive side. I feel like I need to get my money's worth by wearing it as much as possible! Love the dress… Wear it as much as you want! 🙂
