I wore this dress months back when I first met Kyle’s mom. I called it the “meeting the mom” dress. It appeared to be feminine with a conservative neckline and length, but still so pretty and it fit me like a glove. Kyle mentioned I might be overdressed for dinner, but you only have one chance for a positive first impression..or so the phrase goes. Naturally, I spilled chocolate all over myself that night and it took me months to finally bring it to dry cleaning, which is why it’s just now resurfacing in my life. It’s now retired from its original purpose and has transitioned well to my “corporate day job” dress.
