Michigan has been delivering on the perfect fall days–it’s chilly in the morning in the 30s or 40s and warms up to the 50s or 60s so I end up shedding a layer during the day. It’s been all about plaids, oversized sweaters and comfy footwear.
What I’m Wearing
I can’t help myself with plaid–I bought this H&M long plaid shacket and it feels much more expensive–and it’s kept me warm on morning dog walks. I bought this one from Target too.
For shoes, I’m into loafers still like these gum sole Everlane loafers and these Pradas I bought last fall, Golden Goose sneakers always, these western style mules that I’ve had for a few years. And clogs! These are priced better! These Birk clogs are a different style and I’m into them.
This Jenni Kayne sweater is so soft and comfortable. It’s similar to the Alembika sweater below and I bought this camel and grey.
This knit henley I’m wearing above is a fall/winter staple. I went up a size to a large for a more oversized fit.
The Free People cargo pants are the pants I’ve been on the hunt for a month now. They fit true to size.
The camel coatigan from Mango has been a closet staple for 3 or 4 fall and winters now. It’s held up well and it’s still available. Plus it’s on sale.
The black quilted jacket below has such a simple, but cool silhouette. I’ve been styling this with jeans and joggers and lends such an effortless vibe. Sweater and pants above from last year’s Alembika from Retail Therapy.Hopped on the Lululemon bum bag bandwagon!
