Off the Shoulder

All about bodysuits this summer, a trend I was obsessed with as a child. The same goes for off the shoulder. My absolute favorite top was a white ruffly off the shoulder number I wore with a velvet choker in my second or third grade school photo. So. Stylish. And I was real into bodysuits in fourth grade, so I’m paying homage to my childhood style, it took them a while to circle back but they’re here. 

We had a week long music festival in Lansing last week so this was my basic uniform. Something stylish and fuss free. I wore my hair pin straight like this too and if you can believe it, none of my profuse sweating fucked with my straight hair. I went to the Standard in Old Town and got the Brazilian blow out, mostly out of curiosity to see how my hair would fair and the fact that I would be frizz free for 10 weeks or so also sealed the deal. My hair is a mess in heat and humidity.
