ย I went from accidentally using laundry softener for my entire freshman year in college to buying whatever cheap shit I could buy to..my mid-thirties loving and understanding the needs of varying laundry detergents and products.
I’ve come a long, long way and here we are with a dedicated post to my laundry loves!
Laundry Detergents I Use and Love
I typically use unscented Tide Pods with a little laundry detergent that has one of my favorite intoxicating scents. I’ve been using Tyler Glamorous Wash in the Diva scent for four or five years and I love this scent for all my bedding. It’s concentrated so a little goes a long way!
I’ve also incorporated the Laundress signature detergent in the Le Labo scents Rose 31 or Santal 33. These both smell so good. I use these interchangeably for my clothes and sometimes blankets and bedding along with a tide pod. This is also concentrated so don’t go overboard!
Additional Laundry Necessities
I started using the static solution spray by the Laundress a year ago and it does indeed eliminate static. I use this mostly on skirts sticking to me and works like a charm.
I love Shout for stain remover and anything with grease, I use regular ol’ Dawn dish soap.
