Last week was my first week working 100% remote and I found some comfort in controlling what I wore each day and it set the tone for the rest of the work day too. My work from outfits were super casual, but I did put some thought into it!
Get Dressed (even if it’s loungewear!)
I feel like I have less and less purpose right now, but getting dressed, even if it’s loungewear makes me feel like I’m getting ready for some amazing day, where I sit at my dining room table for nine hours.
I have plenty of loungewear and I’ve been wearing cozy matching sets and slowly working through my closet of sweats. Everything I wore as comfortable, casual and easy. My video conferencing calls either didn’t require me on screen or were internal so I could get away with hoodies and sweats everyday.
And from my extra time at home, I’ve even started to wear more items I forgot I owned (and rediscovered after cleaning a closet) like the cream joggers from Target I wore two days in a row last week.
Cozy Under Items
I wanted to share a couple bras (when I wear them LOL) and underwear that I’ve been wearing at home. Skims t-shirt bras and Lululemon energy bras are all I’m wearing right now. For underwear, Soma lace thongs and Aerie real me underwear (so soft and no digging in!)
Read on for my daily looks and where to shop them. What I wore last Tuesday: tan hoodie and matching joggers Thursday: Tie Dye sweatshirt (on sale here and here, free shipping too) and joggers The slippers I wear on repeat. Worth every penny! The same set as the tan one, but in green and went down a size to small once I realized it ran large.Free People hoodie (on sale) and similar joggers
