Spring Trends I’m Loving: All about the Hoodie

 The hoodie has always been a wardrobe staple of mine, but it’s recently become quite the fashion staple and I’m here for it.

You can dress it up with layering a blazer or thick coatigan on top like I’ve done here–lots of ways to make the hoodie work for you this spring.

Hoodies to Shop

My oversized hoodie on sale, and I love how it’s longer like a tunic. Definitely runs oversized.

This cropped Free People hoodie is new to my wardrobe and would be cute with a blazer.

I own this Aerie sweatshirt in two colors–so soft, feels almost vintage like. Size down.

Target has some great options like this regular fit hoodie (love it in tan), cropped tie dye hoodie and my fave: this black hoodie with dropped shoulder and a white drawstring.

Styling the Hoodie

I styled my black hoodie with a knit coatigan from Mango which has been a staple in my closet since fall. I added Golden Goose sneakers and pearl hoop earrings and like the contrast of dressier and casual. I also added my new pair of Good American jeans I snagged from Evereve. They fit so comfortably and loved the baggy hoodie over skinny jeans.

When it warms up a little more, I’d love the hoodie with biker shorts like these $22 black biker shorts (other solid colors too!) or these $22 leopard biker shorts on sale (I have a similar one from last season!) I also love the hoodie with print leggings or joggers.

Lastly, I love a hoodie with a blazer or moto jacket, BB Dakota has a great plaid blazer and some cute moto jackets to pair the hoodie with!
