Best of Nordstrom Sale 2019

Last week when the early access Nordstrom sale went live, I went on a little rampage placing one order with my top picks, quickly ordering and then ordering a second time to make sure I didn’t experience any issues or disappointment when I’ve tried to order everything at one and take my time! Just a little hack for you guys when ordering the first day of the public sale if you haven’t shopped early access.

My first order arrived in the mail yesterday and I was able to try everything on and wanted to share a few of those items here along with a few more must-haves to shop that are still in stock–and sharing a few of my favorites from the last couple years that I still wear on repeat, and you can snag on sale this year.

Items I’ve Bought in the Past and Still Love

Spanx faux leather leggings! These faux leather leggings are the best ones in my closet and I wear them at least once a week during the winter!

Lucky Brand suede wedge booties! I bought these last year and they’re chic, comfortable and versatile. I have them in sesame but they come in several colors. Did I mention these are so cute and comfortable?

BLANKNYC suede jacket. I actually bought this jacket on full price AFTER the sale since I kept adding it to my cart and I’d get emails from Nordstrom saying they couldn’t fulfill my order and I just needed it so bad. I have the tan one and I just ordered the grey one this year! I size up one just so that it’s a little looser!

What to Shop This Year

If you love leopard like I do, this crop hoodie and matching jogger pants are f you! I ordered this in size small on top and bottom and they fit perfectly. Jogger pants, except plus size joggers, are sold out right now.

I haven’t gotten this top yet in the mail, but this long sleeve thermal henley top is going to be a versatile top come fall and just $25.

An everyday basic to scoop up this year is definitely the $35 Zella crop leggings. They’re high waist, high quality and full stocked in my favorite color (black.)

This Topshop faux leather jacket is a hell of a steal at $63! Nordstrom accidentally sent me a similar faux leather jacket in the grey (it’s available in grey and black) last year. So naturally I kept it and loved the quality.

I also love this pretty lace midi dress. My friend Ashley owns this in green and it looks so stunning on her! It’s a great price too, can’t beat that!

This square neck sweater tank that I bought is available in limited sizes, but I’m hoping they restock soon!

My favorite beauty exclusive is the Charlotte Tilbury lip bundle with pillow talk lipstick, lip liner and gloss. I’ve reordered the lip liner a couple times now and the lipstick and liner is my all-time-favorite nude, but better, combo to wear on my lips. If that’s a little pricy for you, you can never go wrong with MAC and they have two lip bundles, one that’s nude and one that’s pink, that is priced at $36 with lipstick, liner and gloss. Leith tank is available in limited sizes at the moment. Keeping this tank–super versatile! Leopard cardigan is available only in a limited plus sizes at the moment. Wearing size small. Wish I would’ve ordered medium and may return this one since I prefer oversized fit. 

Wearing size small in hoodie and in joggers. LOVE this set. Feel like I’m wearing a matching track suit and it’s too much together, but I’m keeping both and wearing separately.
