Incorporating Color this Spring

If you’re not in Michigan, it might be hard to process, but it was almost 70 degrees on Monday.. and by Thursday, I woke up to snow. But I made sure to take advantage of Monday’s mini heat wave by tossing on a pretty spring dress for an evening out with Matt.

The Look

Once I got home from work on Monday, I wanted to show off my spray tan, wear my new dress from Le Fleur and venture around town. We wandered around Old Town and then did some shopping Horrock’s Farm Market.

I love this dress silhouette and especially the wide sleeve! It’s such a pretty dress that I could easily wear with wedge sandals, but to make it more casual and comfortable for walking and shopping, I threw on these white slip on platform sneakers. Oh, and we can’t forget my new bag–I love the PVC totes finally after months of seeing them incorporated into people’s outfits. I also bought this small white one! And it should be noted that the shoes are half off right now and they come in several colors including black, blush, white and snakeskin!
