Island Style

I was inspired by Mackinac Island to style something relaxed, colorful and easy to wear on a hot, summer day. I bought this off-the-shoulder top on a whim from Target last summer and it’s become such a staple and I’ve worn it repeatedly with this skirt. And to liven it up, I styled it with playful pink espadrilles and the sweetest mint bag.

Little Luxuries gifted this bag to me co-designed by the shop owner Nicole Doud and Michigan handbag designer Jenna Kator. I loved the shape of this bag and how versatile it is (can be attached to the front of a bike, now I just need a bike) and of course the soft seafoam color. Pastels are all over Mackinac Island and I loved bringing a piece of that home with me!
