The White Boot Trend

I’ve been feeling a very feminine, bohemian style lately and sometimes it’s just easiest in a pinch to throw on a vintage tee, my favorite black jeans and a pair of boots for weekend wear.

What made this outfit a little more exciting are the white chelsea boots. I’ve been seeing the trend all over the internet and I’ve been wanting to try it for myself. It’s still just as cool and edgy as my dozens of black boots, but adds a little more contrast.

Horse Daze

I was wearing this when my mom came to visit and to go look at a beautiful appaloosa mare we wanted to buy. I changed into more horse riding appropriate gear and rode her around an arena. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been back in a saddle, but it felt right–and I need to ride more, and find my own damn horse to buy.
