I wore this outfit to work last week and to Kristin Hassan‘s Fall Preview Collection downtown. She’s apart of the Chicago Fashion Incubator. I’ve been loving pretty neutrals lately and fell in love with this skirt. That day at work we ran to buy jewelry and grabbed lunch where I selected delicious pancakes at Kati’s mom’s restaurant, Millie’s. I already spilled maple syrup all over it. Typical. I met up with Courtney that night, grabbed a coffee and headed to the 900 North Michigan Shops on Mag Mile where her show was taking place. I had such a blast. Kristin designs such gorgeous and wearable pieces in a variety of fun prints and solid colors. The leopard dress she wore is on my list!

Kristin and I after the show. I just love her.
Kristin is such a doll! For more photos, visit my flickr gallery.

Yes, that skirt is great! I used to (for some reason) not be a big fan of maxi skirts, but they've been growing on me for a while, and that skirt has officially brought me over from the dark side!
You look so pretty in pink! Love the post! XOXO, http://www.NatalyasCloset.com

How fun! It looks like you are really enjoying Chicago. I'm pretty jealous. I love your look and insights to your new job in the city. Keep it up. I can't wait to see more.

I'm loving her dress, but not more than me loving the fact that you live here now. Can't wait to celebrate your move whenever we get CT on the calendar.
Gorgeous outfit! I love the way the skirt shines in your indoor photos. I've seen lots of women wearing these skirts up high on their waists with heels. Your version is relaxed but still polished and chic.
Thanks for sharing!
great photos!! love the maxi skirt and floral flats! x Raman

This is a strange question but I'm so curious– how tall are you? You look so effortless and proportional in everything from flats to super-high stilettos. How do you do it??
this look is fantastic! love the pink on pink tones, and that skirt is amazing – i've seen it in AA before and almost bought it, but now you have me second-guessing myself!
That's a FANTASTIC skirt 🙂
Looks like a fun time! I am not far from Chicago and should make it up there more often – I almost went to the vintage show up there this weekend but had schedule conflicts. Sad. 🙁
I like the lines in this outfit. It makes it really interesting for they eye!

YOURS, MINE AND OURS
Yay! I have followed your blog on and off for a couple years and was so excited when I came on today and discovered you have moved to Chicago! Some Chicago bloggers are planning a few meet-ups so I will add your name to the list–what a fabulous addition to our city. Welcome! (Hopefully the weather will cooperate soon).
